Ingredients Required:
1) 3 to 4 tomatoes
2) Green chillies as per your taste
3) Grated Coconut
4) Little Rai
5) Small lemon-sized Tamarind
Preparation:
Wash tomatoes.
Cut tomatoes and cook them in tamarind water by adding salt and haldi.
Grind coconut and 1 or 2 green chillies with half a spoon of rai.
Add the gravy to cooked tomatoes and let it boil with curry leaves.
Once the mixture is boiled well, it may be removed from fire.
In oil, put little rai and after it bursts, then it may be added to the tomatoes.
Tomato Pachadi is ready.
