Ingredients Required:
1) Ram Mangoes 1 or 2
2) Coconut grated
3) Green chillies
4) Gur
5) Salt
6) Haldi
7) Little Hing powder
Preparation:
Cut mangoes into small pieces after removing skin.
Keep it to cook with Haldi and salt.
Once cooked, add grinded coconut with one or two green chillies and little rai in it.
Also put two lime-sized jaggery in the mixture.
Mix well and let it cook on slow fire till it becomes thick adding curry leaves.
Remove from fire.
Put 2 spoons of oil in kadai and once hot, put rai, ulat dal, and one red chillies.
Once rai bursts and ulat dal becomes brown, the same may be added to the mixture along with a pinch of hing powder.
Mango Pachadi is ready.
