Ingredients Required:
1) Chana Dal
2) Ulat Dal
3) Red Chillies
4) Tamarind little
5) Coconut Scraped
Preparation:
Roast 2 spoons of chana dal and add one spoon of ulat dal along with red chillies till the dal becomes brown.
Now in the roasted dal, add coconut and then grind the mixture along with half lime size tamarind.
Add salt as per requirement and grind by just sprinkling water.
Grind Slightly coarse.
Thogayal is ready.
