Simple Recipe to make Bhendi Bhaji

Take Bhendi or Ladies finger- 250 grams

Wash Bhendi nicely and then cut into small pieces.

In kadai, put oil and rai. After it bursts, put the bhendi with 1/4 spoon of haldi.

Keep the gas on sim or low flame and keep the bhaji stirring in the kadai well.

Add 1 or 2 drops of lemon juice. It is put so that the bhaji doesn't become sticky.

Add little dhanya powder and jeera powder along with chillies.

Add little salt and once cooked, the bhendi bhaji is ready.
