Recipe 1:
Take 1 tsp of ginger,
Take 5-6 drops of lemon,
Add one pinch of salt,
Add one pinch of ajwain in the mixture.
Take this mixture for twice a day as it will help digestion.
Don't eat meals until feeling hungry fully.
If feeling hungry, you can have dal khichdi or kanji or something that is easy for you to digest.
Don't eat fruits or palak or any leafy vegetables until you feel better.
Recipe 2:
In one spoon, put 2 drops of lime juice and ginger juice and drink.
Recipe 3:
In hot water, put little 2 pinches of hing powder as this will help to reduce hiccups or belching.
Recipe 4:
For nausea, you can keep one or 2 elaichis in mouth or cloves will also help.
Recipe 5:
In buttermilk, put little boiled water with pepper and haldi. Add curry leaves and salt to taste. This will help to stop dysentery.
