Ingredients Required:
1) Chenai
2) Valakai
3) Tamarind - lemon size
4) Red Chilli powder
5) Pepper powder
6) Hing
7) Turmeric powder and Salt for taste.
Preparation:
Cut Chenai and Valakai in small pieces.
Wash nicely and cook in Haldi, Tamarind and Salt water.
Once cooked, add Chilli powder, pepper powder, and hing powder.
Also, you can add little sambhar powder.
When boiled nicely and vegetables are cooked, remove the kadai from the gas.
In little oil, put rai and one red chilli and after rai bursts, it may be mixed in the porchakolumbu.
