Bread Upma is an easy-to-make snack dish that can be eaten for breakfast or early evening dinner.
Preparation:
1) Make bread crumbs by putting bread pieces in a mixer.
2) Chop green chillies 1 or 2, 1 onion, and 1 tomato. Fry these in oil and put mustard seeds in oil with kadipatta and add these chilli, onion, and tomato.
3) Once these are soft, add turmeric powder, half-spoon chilli powder, little sugar, and salt.
4) Fry for a minute and then add bread crumbs and cover with a lid for a couple of minutes.
5) Once all is mixed well and soft, garnish with kothimbir, and bread upma is ready.
