Tomato Onion Potato Bhaji is a mixed bhaji with salt taste. This recipe serves 1 person.
Ingredients Required:
1) Mustard Seeds
2) Oil
3) Jeera powder
4) Dhaniya powder (Coriander powder)
5) Chillies powder
6) Hing
7) Salt
Preparation:
Cut one tomato, and one onion into small pieces.
Also, peel 1 or 2 potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Put oil in kadai and put 1/4 spoonful of mustard seeds when the oil is hot.
When the mustard seed bursts, you put the cut tomatoes and onions and let it become pinkish then add the washed potatoes to it.
Add jeera, dhaniya, chilli powder each of them half spoon, and 1 spoon of salt for taste.
Put little hing powder.
Close the lid and let the vegetables cook.
If required put little water.
Then after 5 to 10 minutes based on your gas flame, your bhaji is ready.
Please note:
If required, potatoes can be cooked in a cooker and then mashed.
If you want to put cooked potatoes then add the mashed ones when the onion and tomatoes are roasted well.
Then keep on stirring the above bhaji till it becomes ready.
