Simple Recipe to make Rava Besan Laddu

Ingredients Required:

1) Rava - 1 cup

2) Besan - 1 cup

3) Sugar - 3/4 cup

4) One cup of Ghee

5) Elaichi powder


Preparation:

Take one cup of Rava and Roast in a sim fire on kadai or Pan for 10 to 15 minutes till the aroma fragrance comes.

Then add one cup of besan or gram flour to be roasted well in a sim fire.

Take one cup of Besan and roast in a sim fire.

Add ghee little by little in Besan, add Rava, and roast well together.

Put some more ghee. Once roasted, remove the kadai from the fire.

Let the mixture become cool.

In the meantime, put 3/4 cup of sugar in Pan or Kadai, add 1/2 cup of water, and keep on stirring till it becomes thick.

Then the Rava and Besan mixture may be added to the kadai.

Then the whole mixture may be put in a mixer after it becomes cool.

Then after grinding in the mixer, you may add roasted raisins and elaichi powder.

Then try to make laddu balls slowly.

The Rava Laddus will be ready.
