Meaning: The king who doesn't have knowledgeable teams working for his kingdom cannot remain in his position for a long time.
3) Be silent and safe - silence never betrays you.
Meaning: If you maintain silence, you will be assured to be safe in worse-case situations.
4) Performance of one's duty should be independent of public opinion.
Meaning: You don't have to serve others and perform your responsibilities based on how people perceive and view you.
5) Fortune has often been blamed for her blindness, but Fortune is not so blind as men are.
Meaning: People who experience fortune usually are believed to be ignorant because they became lucky without putting in any hard effort. However, fortune doesn't knock on the doors of inexperienced men just like that. It has a purpose that needs to be understood.
